BAGELS, YUM!

Bagels

After coming to England I’ve found a love for bagels. I mean, they are great for breakfast and great for lunch. And then they are super quick to prepare. I usually cut the bagels in half, toast them and spread them with pesto or creme cheese. I then fill them with lettuce or rocket lettuce, avocado, and sliced chicken. They are great, however, I found them to be quite expensive, so I thought I might try to make them myself. I found the recipe HERE, though I did not sprinkle them with sesame seeds as they didn’t have them in the store 🙁

I found it quite funny that they had to boil in water before they were put into the oven and they became quite wrinkly… Anyway, they were easy to make and taste great. You should definitely give them a go. Lots of love xx
