CHICKPEA CRISPS WITH PAPRIKA AND CHILLI

Chickpea crisps

 

I dag har jeg lavet de her lækre, sunde kikærte chips. De er virkelig nemme at lave og kræver intet kokketalent overhovedet (for jeg har ingen). De her kikærte chips er helt sikkert den sunde version af normale chips og de smager fantastisk alligevel.

Du skal bruge:

1 dåse kikærter
1 spsk solsikkeolie
1/2 tsk paprika
1/4 tsk chili pulver
Salt og peber efter din smag

Rens, afvand og tør kikærterne.
Mix kikærterne med solsikkeolien og krydderierne.
Sørg for at alle kikærterne er dækket og rist dem i 30-40 minutter i ovnen ved 200°C, og kig til dem hvert 10. minut, vend dem rundt så de bliver ligeligt ristet.

Today I made these yummy healthy chickpea crisps. They are super easy and fast to make and doesn’t require any cooking talent at all (cause I ain’t got any). These chickpea crisps are definitely the healthy version of normal crisps and they taste amazing anyways.

You will need:

1 can chickpeas
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Rinse, drain and dry the chickpeas.
Mix the chickpeas with the sunflower oil, spices, and seasoning.
Make sure the chickpeas are fully covered and roast for 30-40 minutes, checking on them every 10 minutes and shake them around so they’re cooked evenly.
And now you are ready to enjoy these amazing chickpea crisps!
